Important Notes Before Customization: By placing a custom watch band order, you agree to the following terms. Our custom leather straps are handmade by skilled craftsmen via dozens of complex processes, with high material costs. Thus, non-quality issues do not qualify for return or exchange.

Free Personalization: Leather material,color, stitching color, edge painting, lug size, and strap length.

Warm Tip: Please be sure to confirm the size and put the ruler in the corresponding 1,2,3a,3b position photos to customer service for confirmation before customization.

Leather material, leather color, stitching color, oil edge, lug size, length all can be personalized.

1. Watch and buckle picture: please provide accurate and detailed dimensions and measurement photos of your watch and buckle;
2. NO buckle included for our leather watch straps, customers need to use the original buckle. If you need another buckle please confirm in advance and customer service and pay for the corresponding price difference.(You can add deployment clasp or pin buckle to your order together with your watch band, we will make it fit the strap you ordered)
3. Leather color: we has more than a hundred kinds of leather color for you to choose. 
4. leather material：we commitment to all custom leather watch bands are described by the details of the corresponding animal natural first layer leather production, never second, we promise fake a penalty, commitment is valid for life. (That means, the description is the American alligator: the product is made using American alligator leather)
5. Texture different：animal skin texture are naturally generated, and the same principle as human fingerprints, customization only need to specify the general distinction (such as American alligator belly-scale or round scale) can be, the texture of special requirements of the customer can provide a sample strap or reference pictures, we will try to select the relative to your needs of the leather for production, please take the actual goods received shall prevail. Natural leather texture and texture differences do not belong to quality issues.
6. Lead time crocodile leather straps 5-8working days, with special adapters leather watch bands 10-15 working days;
